Copied Homework
It was a bright, sunny day after lunch. My friend, who’s name is Caroline was walking back to class with me. Caroline said: “Let’s go to the playground of the school, today’s weather is very good!” “It’s true, but you haven’t finished your English worksheet yet, and it is due this afternoon!” “Never mind that, I can copy yours later. Then, I can play and ‘do’ my homework,” Caroline said.
Caroline is a girl who always thinks that playing is the most important thing. I am her best friend, but the only thing I don’t like about her is that she always doesn’t thinks studying is very important. Today, she is going to copy my homework! If I don’t do what she says, she will be very, very angry.
After we played in the playground, we went back to class. I don’t know how to stand up for myself, so I always need do what she says. Everyone was out playing, so the classroom was quiet. There was no one to watch us, so Caroline could copy my homework without anyone finding out.
It was English class. Our teacher, Ms. Penny found out that our homework is the same. So, she asked us “Why are the answers of your home works the same?” Then, Caroline said: “That is because Yumi copied my homework!” I said: “I didn’t! It is you who copied my homework!” Unfortunately, no one believes me.
After class, I went to the office of the headmaster. On the way, everyone was whispering and staring at me. When I looked at the ones who stare at me, they turned away quickly. After I spoke to the headmaster, he decided not to believe me. Oh my god, this was the worst day ever!
When school ends, I went home sadly and told my dad about this thing. Thanks god he believed me! He said: “You can ask the headmaster to look at the monitor and see the truth.” Dad was so intelligent! Why didn’t I thought of this great idea? I thanked Dad and went to school gratefully the next day.
After I asked the headmaster to look at the monitor, he agreed with this idea. At last, we found out that it is Caroline who copied my homework. The crime was solved! Yay!
